Cancellation of Appointments: Two working days’ notice is required if an appointment cannot be kept.

Short notice cancellations: I will do my best to fill cancelled appointments. If I cannot do so then the full consultation fee will be charged. However, in most cases this fee is waived if the appointment is re-booked at the time of cancellation and subsequently kept.

Non-attendance: If an appointment is not kept, with no advance warning of cancellation the full fee will be charged. In exceptional or unavoidable circumstances the fee will be waived if the appointment is re-booked and subsequently kept.
